YOUNG ARTIST AUDITIONS

Rowland-Taylor Recital Hall
Young classical musicians from the North State area compete in
High School and University divisions. First prize in each division
wins the opportunity to solo with North State Symphony in 2009.
Sponsored by the Chico Guild and Reddling League on behalf of the
North State Symphony.

In hopes of surpassing our tremendous success of last year, the
League is inviting you to participate in our third annual fundraising
banquet. It will
be an exquisite evening of fine dining, good stories and beautiful
music presented by Director Kyle Wiley Pickett and selected members
of the North State Symphony Orchestra. Those who were present at
last year’s event will tell you it was indeed an exceptional
evening.

MOZART MILE

One-Mile, Bidwell Park
360 enthusiatic people supported the symphony and
music throughout our community by running (or strolling) a
5K course through Bidwell Park. They were serenaded by beautiful
music played by 18 musicians along the course, plus an orchestra
and band from Chico Country Day School.
